I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints
The sinners are much more fun!

This reminds me of when i was in the car with my brother one night and we went to get petrol and it was pay before you pump, like this...and without realising what he was saying he shouted "Pay before you pump my ass!"

classic..

I believe that is a universal language.

I'm adding that to my business cards. Truth in advertising, and all that rot.

Now you have me waiting for Gayle's "Only in Oz" series...

I refuse to buy gas at any place with a sign like this ... how am I suppose to know exactly how much my vehicle will take to be completely full? ... and I just won't be bothered to go back into the store to get my change a second time - especially when it's winter

if a gas station has problems with people stealing fuel, they should invest in some good quality security cameras for EVERY pump and/or hire more people to watch them ... I'll pay at the pump almost every time, but when I do pay with cash I will only be making one trip into the store, to pay for it after I know how much my fuel tank took to fill it up

great photo though, it's hard to get people to stop and think about photos these days, but this one will do it

on a side note ... gasoline here in the Twin Cities is now $1.92/gallon as of this morning (11.05.2008) - still not what I call a fair price, but a lot better than the $4.25/gallon it got up to a while back

And for that name which is no part of thee, take all of myself
